Interactive 3D Views of Theiler Stage 11 (E7.5)
To activate each view, click on the image, a new window will appear in
which the image can be interactively rotated by pressing the mouse button
on the image and moving left or right (Loading each image from disk may
take a few moments). If you have clicked on one of the interactive 3D
views then you can move the cursor up and down to rotate in the other
direction. Note the full 3D rotating views may take
longer to load, please be patient.
If you experience a problem in activating these
windows follow the simple instructions for UNIX
machines, PCs
or MACs.

No anatomy. This view simply shows the histology
of the underlying grey-level model. This is a 'volume-rendered'
image of the same model embryo as shown in SectionView, but now visualised
as if it were under a dissecting microscope. The
views below show the same model with landmark anatomical structures
highlighted in colour. They are most useful for gaining an
overall mental map of the embryo and for helping to locate specific
structures or regions in relation to these landmark structures.
