Usage: WlzFixedPlaneAlign [-1] [-2] [-ffilename1] [-Ffilename2] [-h] [-v] [< bibfile1 >] [< bibfile2 >]

Reset the transforms in bibfile2 so that the planes that
match plane in bibfile1 - the fixed planes - are put back
to the fixed positions defined by bibfile1. Planes
between the fixed planes are shifted assuming linear
interpolation defined by the corrective transforms at
each end of the range (i.e. at the fixed planes). Planes
not between two fixed planes are transformed as per the
the nearest fixed plane. All bibfiles are assumed to be
from Reconstruct. The modified bibfile2 goes to stdout

Options are:
-1       transform 1 is absolute (def: relative)
-2       transform 2 is absolute (def: relative)
-h       Help - prints this usage message
      -v       verbose operation
