Options are:
      -h       Help - prints this usage message
      -w       input file name for Woolz object
      -i       input file name for bib file
      -o       output file name for bib file
      -f       scale parameter for FixPoint
      -d       scale parameter for Distance
      -p       scale parameter for Destination Point
      -x       shift in x-direction
      -y       shift in y-direction
      -z       shift in z-direction
