Usage: WlzPatchObjRegister [-b] [-d] [-h] [-v] [-t#[,#]] [-g] [-G][< input file >]

      Woolz in a compound woolz object assumed
      to be output of patch images from xmgrab.
      Register the patches and output the single
      domain object.

Options are:
      -b       Ordered breadth-first search, darkest
            images first (default)
      -d       Unordered depth-first search
      -t#[,#] Set maximum translation values
            default (30,30) one input value implies
            equal maximum shift in x & y directions
      -p#       percent of pixels match default 10 - higher
            is better but slower
      -g       Attempt to reset mean grey values to be equal
            within matched regions (on by default)
      -G       Switch off grey-level matching
      -T#       Threshold the input images e.g. to remove
            spurious lines around the edge
      -h       Help - prints this usage message
      -v       Verbose operation
