Mouse Atlas Data Analysis CD-ROMs

Mouse Atlas data and software is available in a set of CD-ROMs.

The CDs are free of charge for academic use.

You can also download the CD contents and iso image files of the CDs from our ftp site.

Software CD The Software CD contains a set of programs that can be installed on your own computer. The Software allows you to browse 3D data (e.g. the MouseAtlas 3D models), to map 3D structures and to manipulate 2D and 3D image files.

Data CDs The Data CDs contain the set of MouseAtlas 3D models. The models can be used in conjunction with the software to browse the 3D structures, identify anatomy components, and prepare data for inclusion in the database of gene expression.
