| The Mouse Development Information System uses the MouseAtlas project to build databases of spatially referenced data such as Gene Expression and cell lineage. |

The Mouse Atlas Gene Expression Database is a system under development which maps gene expression data both to the standard nomenclature and to the standard 3D mouse embryo reconstructions. The database is in a prototype phase of development and shall be available as a beta version in the near future. A series of help pages has been constructed to give the user an indication of the type of data the database shall store, how the data is entered and also how the data can be queried and retrieved. The interface is undergoing rapid development and therefore the release version will have significant modifications to the pages you see in the tutorial. |
