JAtlasViewer is for viewing arbitrary sections through 3D images. It provides any number of section views, a 3D visualisation for feedback and anatomical feedback where this has been defined.
Data needs to be formatted in a certain way (see FAQ). JAtlasViewer can be used to view data from the Mouse Atlas CD or you can down-load a sample data set.
The recommended way to run JAtlasViewer is using Java Webstart. (Click here for information on installing / using Java Webstart.)

Please check the system requirements before trying JAtlasViewer.

If you don't want to use Java Webstart you can Download and install JAtlasViewer and the required Woolz libraries manually.
