Download the JAtlasViewer application: (This is only required if you are NOT using Java Webstart, in which case you will also need to download the Woolz libraries appropriate to your platform.)

Note that you should NOT unpack the JAtlasViewer.jar file on your system.

Download the optional MESA graphics library (binary).

(Work-around for Linux users who wish to see textures on 3D sections.)
