Image Converter is for converting 2D and 3D image data between different formats, such as MRC HGU Woolz(.wlz), Amira Lattice(.am), Microsoft Bitmap(.bmp), Tiff(.tif), Jpeg(.jpg), PNM(.pgm), SLC(.slc), Visualization Toolkit VTK(.vtk), ICS(.ics/.ids), BioRad Confocal(.pic), IPLab(.ipl), Stanford Density(.den) and Sunvision VFF(.vff), etc. It can convert and extract a compound object to formatted structure for JAtlasViewer. The Image Converter can be started from WebStart, Click here.The following figure shows the GUI. System requirement is the same as JAtlasViewer's requirement.
