Reconstruction is for reconstructing a set of 2D image files from different paths into a 3D image in Woolz format.The file format of the imported 2D image can be MRC HGU Woolz(.wlz), Amira Lattice(.am), Microsoft Bitmap(.bmp), Tiff(.tif), Jpeg(.jpg), PNM(.pgm), SLC(.slc), BioRad Confocal(.pic) and IPLab(.ipl), etc. The ReConstructor can be started from WebStart. Click here. The following figures show the selecting images dialog and reconstruction window. System requirement is the same as JAtlasViewer's requirement.
