The program help pages are written in HTML the World-Wide-Web hypertext
markup language and are accessed using Netscape (see
http://www.netscape.com/
if help
is requested from within the program or with any html browser
otherwise. Paint
provokes the required page to be displayed on the netscape browser on
the users terminal, if necessary starting up Netscape.
