EMAGE DIRECT SQL ACCESS
Introduction
The emage database can be accessed by direct SQL queries.
The database consists of 2 parts.
1. The mouse anatomy ontology atlas database
1.1. design document
1.2. database schema
2. The emage mouse spatial gene expression database
2.1. design document
2.2. database schema
The 2 parts have different methods of access. In either case, we require users to register in order to use the service. The registration process will provide the user with access details, and provide links to schema and design documents.
We would very much appreciate it if potential users of the direct sql services could also contact us with details of how they are using these services. Please also feel free to contact us if you require any further help or advice.
Registration
Our registration page currently gives warnings when you access it. This is because our secure page certificate is registered as genex.hgu.mrc.ac.uk and not as our new website address www.emouseatlas.org. You can ignore the browser warnings and accept the certificate or if you prefer, you can use the old pages to register. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.
