3D searching of EMAGE

Performing a 3D spatial search of the EMAGE database can currently only be performed using the EMAGE Java Program (demo movie 1, demo movie 2).

You will need Java (version 5 minimum) installed on your computer to run the EMAGE Java Program.

In 2010/2011 the EMAGE Java program will be retired for all EMAGE query purposes and the 3D search function transferred to a new interface that will operate in your web browser.

You can try the Section Selector part of the prototype version of this interface by clicking on the button below (it should work on Mozilla, Netscape or Safari). Choose your section by moving the yellow disc on the embryo image.
