Under construction. We are developing the infrastructure to search EMAGE expression data for genes associated with the following:

• Biological Pathway (KEGG)
• Biological Process, Molecular Function, Cellular Component (GO)
• Chromosomal Location (MGI)
• Human Disease (search for expression of mouse homologues of human disease genes) (OMIM)
• And also to search EMAGE for expression data based on sequence similarities between a query sequence and the probe used (BLAST).
