Notes:Probe used in this study by Li & Joyner, 2001 [PMID:11748135] is indicated as being originally described by Parr et al., 1993 [PMID:8275860] ie. as a "450 bp EcoRI-BamHI (5' untranslated and coding)" fragment. The exact 5' end position of this probe is undefined as the EcoRI site is derived from a linker. The 3' end corresponds to the sole BamHI site in the Wnt1 cDNA (see GenBank XM_128048 for sequence).
