Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:MGI:2180336
Entity Detected:Aldh1a1, aldehyde dehydrogenase family 1, subfamily A1 ( MGI:1353450)
Notes:The Aldh1a1 (Raldh1) probe used in this study by Mic et al, 2002 [PMID:11959834] is described as that used by Hsu et al., 1999 [PMID:10191271] . Hsu et al do not describe any in situ hybridisation probes but do describe a probe used for Northern hybridisation which was "the 3-untranslated region".
