Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:MGI:14753
Entity Detected:Pax3, paired box gene 3 ( MGI:97487)
Notes:The probe used in this study by Borycki et al., 1999 [PMID:10079229] is indicated as that used by Epstein et al, 1996 [PMID:8633043] ie "using T7 RNA polymerase from pBH3.2 (provided by P. Gruss, Max Planck Institute, Gottingen, F.R.G.) after deleting an internal SmaI fragment and linearizing with HindIII". A Pax3 clone called pBH3.2 is mentioned by Goulding et al, 1991 [PMID:2022185] but its exact sequence is not reported therefore sequence end points of this probe are unknown.
