Notes:The Lim1 (Lhx1) probe used in this study by Mastick et al., 1997 [PMID:9169845] is described as "synthesized from a 1.5 kb cDNA provided by H. Sheng and H. Westphal (Fujii et al., 1994 [PMID:7909459] ) ie "Clone 31 (1.5kb insert)" which is depicted in Fig 1A therein and spans the entire ORF as well as ~0.2kb 5' UTR and ~0.1kb 3' UTR but the exact end points are not reported.
