Editors Note: Original information from the authors states that the two primers above were used to generate a 644bp fragment (nt218-862 in NM_009548). Pairwise comparisons of these two primer sequences against both versions of NM_009548 identifies a 662bp fragment in each case (nt127-788 in NM_009548.1; nt198-861 in NM_009548.2) which is therefore indicated above as the nucleotide sequence of the probe.
