Notes:Original information from the authors, states that a 132bp template fragment (corresponding to nt 807-675 of NM_144841) was PCR amplified from E13.5 or P0 mouse brain, embryonic kidney or testis cDNA using 5' primer: GTTAGTGCTGGAACGTGGAGG and 3'primer: GGACAAGGGGTCAGACAGTGG. Editor's note: closer examination reveals that the numbers given are mixed-up and in fact a 675bp was amplified (nt 132-807 of NM_144841.1), as denoted above.
