Notes:The probe used in this study by Mic et al 2002 [PMID:11959834] is described as that used by Mic et al 2000 [PMID:11025231] i.e. "An 800 base antisense riboprobe covering the 3' half of the mouse RALDH3 cDNA was prepared from SP6 transcription of an ApaI digest of the plasmid containing the full-length cDNA". Editor's note: the sequence co-ordinates above have been calculated from this information in conjunction with further info in Mic et al 2000 [PMID:11025231] i.e. AF280404 is the accession number for the full-length Aldh1a3 cDNA sequence deposited to GenBank from that study.
