Notes:The probe used in this study by Prinos et al., 2001 [PMID:11784033] is indicated as being "generated from a plasmid encoding Cdx2 (Suh et al., 1994 [PMID:7935448] )". Suh et al describe a clone (pKS-Cdx-2) with a 1.37kb insert but also describe a 260nt RNAse protection probe that was generated by cutting pKS-Cdx-2 with DraI and transcribing with T7 RNA polymerase. Editor's note: It is unclear which region of pKS-Cdx-2 the probe was generated against in this study by Prinos et al.
