Notes:The antibody used in this study by van Raamsdonk & Tilghman, 2000 [PMID:11076764] was "a 1:500 dilution of anti-N-cadherin antibody (Zymed 33-3900) in blocking solution", which was incubated "overnight at 4�C, washed, and incubated with 1:10 dilution of antimouse-IgG antibody conjugated to fluorescein (Jackson Immuno Research) in 1% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Slides were washed, mounted with DAPI, and analyzed by fluorescence microscopy."
