Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:MGI:3604193
Entity Detected:Meox2, mesenchyme homeobox 2 ( MGI:103219)
Notes:The Meox2 probe used in this study by Candia et al., 1992 [PMID:1363541] was "the longest (2.2 kb) Mox-2 cDNA" (identified by the authors), "hydrolyzed after labelling to an average length of 300 nucleotides". Editors Note: The authors did deposit a Mox2 (Meox2) cDNA sequence to EMBL (Z16406.1) when this paper wa published however that sequence is 1440nt in length. Therefore the full sequence of the probe is unknown.
