Notes:The Prrx1 (Prx) probe used in this study by Beverdam & Meijlink, 2001 [PMID:11520673] was originally described in Leussink et al., 1995 [PMID:7577675] as "a 1.8-kb EcoRI cDNA fragment cloned in pBluescript, which was obtained from P. Cserjesi and E.N. Olson, Houston, TX (Cserjesi et al., 1992 [PMID:1360403] ); this plasmid was cut with Bgll and transcribed with T3 polymerase resulting in a probe not containing the homeobox region". Editors note: The exact probe end points are undefined.
