Notes:The Prrx2 (Prx2/S8) probe used in this study by Beverdam & Meijlink, 2001 [PMID:11520673] is indicated as that used by Leussink et al., 1995 [PMID:7577675] i.e. "a 576-bp cDNA fragment cloned in pBluescript (see Opstelten et al., 1991 [PMID:1680375] )". Opstelten refer to the probe as "S8 probe described by Kongsuwan et al, 1988 [PMID:2901346] (containing nucleotides 51-626 of Fig 2A)" and mention that they obtained it from J. Adams (Melbourne). Editors Note: The start and end co-ordinates with respect to X52875.1 were deduced from the info in Opstelten et al.
