Notes:The Tmsb4x (Thymosin-beta4) probe used in this study by Smart et al., 2002 [PMID:14516662] was transcribed from an RDA (representational difference analysis) clone isolated by the authors whilst screening for differences between wild type R1 and Hand1-null ES cells. The insert of the clone is 246bp long (see Table1), however the region of the mRNA covered is not described.
