Notes:The Pdx1 construct used for in vitro transcription of RNA probes in this study by Burke & Oliver, 2002 [PMID:12351178] "was generated by subcloning a 800 bp PCR fragment" (using the primers Pdx1-1 5'CACAAGCTTGCGGCCACACAGCTCTAC3' and Pdx1-2 5'GAGGGATCCACACTCTGGGTCCCAGAC3') "amplified from the full length cDNA sequence". Editors Note: These primers contain cloning sites on the 5'ends. The co-ordinates with reference to the Pdx1 cDNA RefSeq NM_008814.2 were deduced from the given information.
