Notes:The Tle3 (Grg3) probe used in this study by Koop et al., 1996 [PMID:8892234] is defined as a "fragment covering the Q domain (Leon & Lobe., 1996 [PMID:8989517] )". Leon & Lobe define this probe as "350 to 995 bp in Fig. 2A, which would recognize both Grg3a and Grg3b". Editors Note: According to Fig 2A in Leon & Lobe, the probe sequence starts at an EcoRI site which is also found at position 350 in the Tle3 cDNA RefSeq NM_009389.1, however the sequence published in Fig2A is only 900nt long which has prevented cross-checking of the 3'end.
