Annotation Validation: EMAGE Editor
Detection Reagent
Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:MGI:14720
Entity Detected:Crabp1, cellular retinoic acid binding protein I ( MGI:88490)
Notes:The detection reagent used in this study by Clouthier et al., 2000 [PMID:10625532] was described as a "digoxigenin labelled riboprobe against Crabp1 (Giguere et al., 1990 [PMID:2166951] )". Editors Note: Giguere et al describe one Crabp1 clone (lambda-mE1.3) which is of unreported sequence. It is not clear however if the lambda-mE1.3 clone itself was used as template to generate the probe is the current study.
