Notes:The Foxg1 (BF-1) probe used in this study by Filosa et al., 1997 [PMID:9226455] is indicated as that described by Tao & Lai, 1992 [PMID:1350202] i.e. a rat sequence "containing the BF-1 cDNA from the NheI site at nt 1265 to the 3' end" (see Figure 1 therein and the corresponding Genbank sequence M87634.1). Note that the template clone also contains a poly(A) tail not included in the GenBank sequence.
