Notes:The Adamts20 (Adex3/8) probe used in this study by Rao et al., 2003 [PMID:12925592] was described as follows: "Reverse transcribed digoxigenin-conjugated probes was made from linearized plasmid Adex3/8". Elsewhere in the paper the authors describe that the insert of plasmid Adex3/8 was generated by PCR using Adex3/8F, 5'-GGCTTAGCAGAGCTAGGCACCC-3'; and Adex3/8R, 5'-GTTGTCACCACCACACAC-3'. Editor note: Pairwise BLAST between Adex3/8R and the AdamTS20 RefSeq NM_177431.3 does not find a match whereas a match is found with Adex3/8F.
