Notes:The Adamts1 probe used in this study by Thai & Iruela-Arispe, 2002 [PMID:12049787] was obtained from "IMAGE consortium clone ID 1122700 [which] contained a 1.9-kb fragment (corresponding to coding region aa303 to aa947 of mADAMTS1)", which was cloned into the BamHI site of pGEM7Zf (Promega, Madison). This fragment was used for the generation of riboprobes for whole mount in situ hybridization. Editor Note: The probe region covered indicated by the coordinates with respect to the Adamts1 cDNA RefSeq NM_009621.4 shown above were deduced from this information.
