Coronal section through the telencephalon after Cst hybridization. The arrowheads demarcates the boundary of the expression domain. Cst expression domain appears wider than Wnt3a (see MGI:3589588) and transcription extends ventrally and dorsally in a gradient into the anlagen of the choriod plexus and hippocampus.
