Notes:The Nkx2-9 riboprobes used in this study by Pabst et al, 1998 [PMID:9545546] "were generated from an 1137-bp SmaI fragment containing nearly the entire Nkx2-9 cDNA, a 406-bp KpnI/SmaI fragment containing bases 731-1137 and a 409-bp PstI fragment containing bases 1-409". The MGI IDs for these fragments are: MGI:1270228, MGI:1270229 and MGI:1270230. Editors note: It is not specified which of these three probes was used in this actual ISH assay however the authors state that all gave similar results with some variations in signal intensities.
