Notes:The Pax2 probe used in this study by Acampora et al., 2003 [PMID:12915318] is indicated as that described originally by Avantaggiato et al., 1996 [PMID:8626038] who describe the probe as corresponding to an "RT-PCR amplified product spanning the region between amino acids 325 and 518" of Pax2. Editors note: Pax2 protein (GenBank ID P32114) is in fact 415 aa in length therefore cannot ascertain the region spanned by this probe.
