Expression pattern clarity: three stars
Find spatially similar expression patterns: Find spatially similar patterns
Notes:
Adjacent transverse sections at the cephalic level. B is hybrised with the antisense probe whereas A is hybridised with the (control) sense probe. Image annotations: Arrow in B, mesodermal component of the branchial arches. Nt, neural tube; o, optic vesicle. bar = 100 microns.

Notes:The Erg probe template used in this study by Vlaeminck-Guillem et al., 2000 [PMID:10704859] was "synthesized from [a] mouse Erg (T7 polymerase, KpnI-linearized pCRII; 400 bp) fragment cDNA obtained by RT-PCR and subcloned into PCRII vector. The sequence used corresponds to [amino acid] residues 210-365 of [human] Erg (Duterque-Coquillaud et al., 1993 [PMID:8510931] )". Editors note: Duterque-Coquillaud et al describe three isoforms of human erg (p49erg, p55erg and p38erg).
