Parr et al describe two Wnt1 probes: a "450bp EcoRI-BamHI (5' untranslated and coding)" fragment which was used for radioactive in situs and a "1kb SalI-BglII: 3' untranslated" fragment which was used for wholemount in situs. Not specified which was used in this study.
