Notes:The Tbx10 probe template used in this study by Bush et al., 2003 [PMID:12915323] was generated by RT-PCR "with total RNA from E11.5 mouse embryos using RT Primer 1 (5'-AATCAGAGGCAGTTTGGAGACACC-3') and RT Primer 2 (5'-GACATTCGAAGCAGGATTTAGAG-3'), which amplified an approximately 1.5 kb product containing the entire Tbx10 open reading frame".
