Notes:The Sorbs3 (vinexin alpha/ vinexin beta) probe used in this study by Kawauchi et al., 2001 [PMID:11472845] is described by the authors as follows, "As the vinexin B-specific region is very limited, we used a template plasmid pVbSK, which detects both vinexin a and B, to elucidate vinexin B expression. pVbSK contains the 987 bp of mouse vinexin B coding sequence, which is common to both vinexin a and B."
