Notes:The Ufd1l probe used in this study by Clouthier et al., 2000 [PMID:10625532] was previously described by Yamagishi et al., 1999 [PMID:10024240] as being "synthesized from the 700-bp open reading frame and the 250-bp 3' untranslated region of mouse UFD1L cDNA." Editors Note: information contained in the Ufd1l cDNA REfSeq entry NM_011672.3 states that the ORF is 923bp and the 3'UTR is 945bp in length. Conflicting information.
