Notes:The 2010317E24Rik probe used in this study by Murata et al., 2004 [PMID:15567712] was "a 1433 bp fragment including the 3' part of the ang (2010317E24Rik) gene (38-391 a.a.) and its 3' untranslated region". Editor's Note: subsequent information held in GenBank suggests the 2010317E24Rik protein is longer that reported in this publication (e.g. AAH70477.1 which is 441aa in length). Therefore this probe presumably covers the 3'UTR and sequence encoding the most 353 C-terminal amino acids (i.e. nt379-1779 of BC070477.1)
