Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:MGI:3525598
Entity Detected:Daam2, dishevelled associated activator of morphogenesis 2 ( MGI:1923691)
Notes:The Daam2 probe used in this study by Nakaya et al., 2004 [PMID:15533824] is indicated as being synthesized "using T3 polymerase from the XhoI-cut EST BF721747 (289b.p.) or T7 polymerase from the SalI-cut EST BF783793 (691b.p.). Editors Note: "EST BF721747" = IMAGE clone 3971136 and "EST BF783793" = IMAGE clone 4237922. The probes are longer than is suggested by the authors as both IMAGE clone inserts are longer than the EST reads. It is not specified which of these two probes was used in this particular assay.
