Notes:The Foxn2 probe templates used in this study by Tribioli et al., 2002 [PMID:12351180] are described as such: "Foxn2 cDNAs were identified following an NCBI search for mouse expressed sequence tags (ESTs) corresponding to the mouse Foxn2/Ches1 gene (Pati et al., 1997 [PMID:9154802] ). Several independent ESTs were isolated and the cDNA inserts were DNA sequenced to verify identity. Two independent Foxn2 cDNAs with different inserts were employed in this analysis and gave identical results".
