Notes:The Tbx20 probe template used in this study by Kraus et al., 2001 [PMID:11118890] was generated as follows: "primers (5'-CGGGCCAACGCCTTCTCC, 5'-GATTCTGGTAGGC(AT)GTGAC) amplified a 730 bp fragment of mouse Tbx20 from E12.5 mouse heart cDNA". Editors note: The start and end co-ordinates of this amplified fragment with respect to the mouse Tbx20 sequence submitted to GenBank by Kraus et al, 2001 (AF306667.1) were deduced using this information.
