Notes:The Dusp6 (Pyst1) probe template used in this study by Dickinson et al., 2002 [PMID:11960712] was generated as follows: "Murine Pyst1 EST AA793427 was identified by BLAST searches of dbEST using sequences of human PYST1 and rat MKP3. IMAGE Consortium clone 989755 was obtained from the Human Genome Mapping Project resource centre (HGMP-RC, Hinxton, Cambridge, UK). Sequence analysis revealed unique XbaI and PstI sites, which were used to subclone a 680-bp coding-region fragment into pBluescript". Editors Note: the start and end co-ordinates of the XbaI-PstI fragment with respect to the Dusp6 mouse mRNA RefSeq NM_026268.2 were deduced using this information.
