Its 5' end corresponds to nucleotide 142 in exon 1 (Szabo et al., 1996 [PMID:8985122] ) and the 3' end is at nucleotide 2041 in the cDNA sequence (Katarova et al., 1990" [PMID:12106047] , Z49976.1). Editors note: Pair-wise BLAST of W59173 against Z49976.1 places the 5' end of the template fragment at position 104 in Z49976.1.
