Notes:The Casr probe used in this study by Liu et al., 2007 [PMID:17382312] is indicated as that previously described by Bowl et al., 2005 [PMID:16167084] i.e. "The Casr riboprobe, which was 979 bp in size, was generated by RT-PCR using total RNA from mouse (129/Ola) embryonic stem cells together with primers specific to exon 2 (5'-AGACCAGAGTCTGTGGAGTGC-3', nucleotides 685-705; NM_013803 Mus musculus Calcium-sensing receptor [Casr], mRNA) and exon 4 (5'-CCTTCCTCGTGACTTCTCACG-3', nucleotides 1,663-1,643)". Editors Note: When Bowl et al, wrote this description in 2005, there was only one version of NM_013803 (NM_013803.1).
