Notes:The Flrt1 probe used in this study by Haines et al., 2006 [PMID:16872596] is described as follows: A probe for FLRT1 was transcribed from a FLRT1 cDNA contained in the image clone 1107727, in the vector pBluescribe, by digestion with ScaI and transcription with T7 RNA polymerase (Roche). Editors note: the full 892nt insert sequence of IMAGE:1107727 was submitted to GenBank by Haines et al, as AY495667.1. ScaI cuts this sequence at nt 252.
