Notes:The Sf3b4 (mSAP49) probe used in this study by Ruiz-Lozano et al., 1997 [PMID:9097020] was generated thus: "full-length mSAP49 was cloned into pBluescript SKII1 (Stratagene), cut with HaeII", and then transcribed "to yield an antisense riboprobe of 373 nt". Editors Note: The insert sequence of the Sf3b4 (mSAP49) cDNA cloned by the authors is shown in Fig1 therein. The 5' end of this sequence is at position 18 in the mouse Sf3b4 cDNA RefSeq NM_153053.3, and HaeII cuts NM_153053.3 at position 389.
